Lester Literary Agency

Lester Literary Agency was founded by Anastassia Lester, who dedicated nearly 25 years to working between London, Paris, and Moscow. During that time, she specialized in representing French titles in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, building a strong foundation for the agency. 

 

In 2015, Laura Karayotov, joined the agency to expand its representation into Central and Eastern Europe, including the Baltic countries. to broaden the agency's reach and connect with new markets. 

 

In 2019, Anastassia and Laura decided to strengthen their collaboration, renaming the agency Lester Literary Agency & Associates to reflect a shared vision and commitment to the agency's growth. 

 

Following the untimely passing of Anastassia in 2023, Laura has continued the agency's work, committed to bringing books to a wider audience and honoring Anastassia's legacy.

The agency actively participates in all major international book fairs, such as Frankfurt, London, Bologna. Additionally, we focus on specific markets, with recent participation in Vilnius, Belgrade, Warsaw, Prague, Ljubljana, and Sofia.

Lester Agency exclusively represents publishers and published titles and, as such, does not accept submissions or manuscripts directly from authors.
